Our teacher\, Tonya\, will break the class up into two parts: one part yoga and one part mindfulness\, meditation and deep breathing.Tonya has over 25 years of experience teaching individuals of all ages and abilities. She believes yoga should be accessible to every human\, creates a safe and supportive environment and brings a deep understanding of the practice of yoga and mindfulness both on and off the mat. Tonya is licensed by world renowned Yoga for All Abilities and is certified by Yoga Alliance as E-RYT 1000. She is a mother to two amazing children and\, in her free time\, enjoys dancing\, hiking\, art and reading.

SUMMARY:Guided Paint Night
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Guided Paint Night where participants follow along with an art instructor to create their own unique piece of artwork. Taught by Aly Robinson\, a former Cotting staff member and former Muse Paint Bar employee. Aly is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and trained art educator with a degree from MassArt. She will provide step-by-step instructions and demonstrations to ensure that everyone completes their painting\, regardless of skill level. The focus is on having fun and expressing oneself creatively\, rather than producing a masterpiece. All supplies–including canvases\, paint\, brushes and aprons to protect your clothing–will be provided. Please dress in clothes that are okay to get paint on them\, just in case. All attendees will leave this event with a beautifully painted canvas.

DESCRIPTION:Our drop-in lounge events provide young adults (with the support of a PCA/parent/caregiver\, if applicable) the opportunity to hang out with their friends\, play games\, get creative with some craft projects and enjoy a meal together. Meals are included in the price and rotate between options from one week to the next (e.g.\, pizza\, pasta\, etc.). This week we will be enjoying a pizza dinner together (including gluten free and dairy free options).  If you would prefer to bring your own food\, you are welcome to do so\, as long as it is nut free.
