DESCRIPTION:Part 1 of 2: In order to participate in this two-part ceramics series\, you must sign up for both this class and the one taking place on June 15. \nThis class is all about getting our hands into the clay. Everyone will get their own clay to work with\, learning how to create pinch pots and apply surface decoration with stamps\, sgraffito\, rollers and other techniques. In the next class (part two)\, we will glaze the bisqued pots. This series of classes will be taught by Julie Nussbaum\, who has a diploma in fine arts\, is certified to teach K-12 and has worked with people of all ages and abilities.

If you sign up for this course and you did not attend the first session\, you will not be able to attend. \nThe pinch pots we created and decorated during the previous class have been bisque-fired and are now ready to be glazed. We will have a range of colorful glazes available for you to choose from so you can finish making that perfect pot!
