We’ll practice techniques such as dicing\, peeling and how to use a stove\, find ways to adapt the kitchen to meet individual needs and help you find the tools and equipment that work best for you. The price of the ticket includes a wonderful meal\, a helpful cooking guide and a recipe card to take home to your family. We will connect with you before the event to discuss allergies and preferences in order to pick a recipe that everyone will enjoy and will announce which dish we’ll be cooking closer to the event date. \nThis class will be taught by CTI Program Manager Erika Cain.
