DESCRIPTION:Love to cook? Want to learn some basic skills that will increase your independence in the kitchen? Then come to CTI’s Back to the Basics Cooking Class–Dinner Edition. We will work on simple cooking skills (such as dicing\, peeling\, using the stove or microwave)\, find ways to adapt the kitchen to meet individual needs\, find the correct kitchen tools for you and make a basic dinner together with as much independence as possible. We will wrap the class up by enjoying a lovely meal with friends. Recipe card and helpful cooking guides included with this class. We will announce what specifically is being cooked closer to the date!
