DESCRIPTION:Love to cook? Want to learn some basic skills that will increase your independence in the kitchen? Then come to CTI’s Back to the Basics Cooking Class–Breakfast Edition. We will work on simple cooking skills (such as dicing\, scrambling\, using the stove or microwave)\, find ways to adapt the kitchen to meet individual needs\, find the correct kitchen tools for you and make a basic breakfast together with as much independence as possible. We will wrap the class up by enjoying a lovely meal with friends. Recipe card and helpful cooking guides included with this class. We will announce what specifically is being cooked closer to the date!

DESCRIPTION:This event has been cancelled because of snow. If you have already purchased a ticket and would like a refund\, please email Erika at ecain@cotting.org or Jenn at jcallison@cotting.org. If you would like to move your ticket to the Hockey viewing party in March\, please email and let Erika or Jenn know and they can do that for you as well. \nJoin us for a very special CTI weekend event! We will be hosting a Sunday afternoon football viewing party. This Sunday we will watch the final playoff game to determine who will be going to the Super Bowl this year!  Feel free to come hangout with your friends and experience an afternoon of cheering on some football teams. Don’t know much about football? Come for the snacks (football snacks will be provided\, as well as soda and water to drink) and a “how to play” football lesson from our CTI staff.
