SUMMARY:Cooking Around the World: Breakfast
DESCRIPTION:Join us at CTI to learn about cultures from around the world and the cuisines they eat.  We will learn a little bit about the language and about the country the dish comes from and the history of the dish itself. Then you will follow a recipe in order to make the dish with your friends\, working on your independent cooking skills. During this class you will learn to make a traditional breakfast eaten in another country. The price of the ticket includes a wonderful meal and a recipe card to take home to your family. Allergies and preferences will be discussed before cooking begins\, in order to pick a recipe that everyone will enjoy. \n  \nSupport for this event was provided in part by a grant from the Community Endowment of Lexington\, an endowed fund of the Foundation for MetroWest.
