This is an open group for parents and caregivers to come together for conversations related to their young adult’s transition from school to adult services. \nThis month’s meeting will focus on how to prepare documents that you will need for your loved one. Keeping everything in one place–such as in a big binder–can be helpful since our lives are so busy! Feel free to attend either in person at CTI or online via Zoom to learn about what kinds of documents should be in your binder and how to best organize it for your family.
