At this seminar, we’ll focus on caregiver body mechanics — how to lift, move and carry in ways that protect your body and prevent injury. You’ll also learn a few simple exercises that can help you stay strong and supported in your caregiving role.
We’ll wrap up with a short mindfulness/relaxation practice so you can leave feeling refreshed and at ease. A Q&A will follow, so bring your questions!
This session is intended for caregivers only. If you do need to bring your CTI participant with you, there will be the option for a drop-in lounge complete with games with Erika Cain, Program Manager.
