Music Exploration
The Music Exploration class is a group designed to foster creativity and self-expression through the wonderful world of music. Together we will learn about music and how it can be used to help us better understand ourselves. Music is a powerful tool that can help us express ourselves authentically, build a deeper self-awareness and connect with others. Group members will participate in instrument exploration, improvisation and songwriting all while in a supportive environment that promotes freedom and creativity. Each session will be different to allow for maximum musical exploration, but will always be focused on supporting creativity, expression and confidence. No prior music experience is necessary.
Join in the music, join in the fun!
