Transitions Monthly Meeting Group

Parents and caregivers are invited to join Cotting School Family Support and Engagement Coordinator Naomi Zuckerman and CTI Program Manager Erika Cain on Zoom for a monthly group meeting centered on resources for transition planning! These are open groups where parents and caregivers can come together for conversations related to your young adult’s transition. Bring questions about available resources, share tips about what has worked and seek advice about things that you need support with. The zoom link will be sent out to you after you RSVP.
