Jenn began working in the field of special education, specifically transition planning and services, in 2007. Prior to joining the team at Cotting School, she worked in public education in both urban and suburban school districts. Jenn has held a variety of positions, including Transition Specialist, Out of District Coordinator and Co-Director of Student Services. She holds a B.S. in Communications from Norwich University, a M.Ed. in Special Education and a Ph.D in Urban Education, Leadership & Policy Studies, both from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
Erika began her career in special education working at Cotting School in 2016. During that time, she has been a specialist, teaching creative writing and technology, a Teacher in Upper School and a Teacher in the Capstone Program . Prior to joining the team at Cotting, Erika spent a year teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) in Thessaloniki, Greece. She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education and Creative Writing from Lesley University and a M.Ed in Special Education, with a license for Teacher of Students with Severe Disabilities. She is also trained as a Sexuality Educator through the Elevatus Training Program.
Alexandra holds a B.S. in Psychology from Bridgewater State University and began working in special education and behavioral health in 2018. Prior to joining our team, she worked as a Treatment Coordinator, providing behavioral health services and independent living skills instruction to individuals with intellectual disabilities. As Program Manager at CTI, she is committed to supporting individuals in building independence, strengthening social, vocational, and independent living skills, and fostering meaningful community connections. Alexandra enjoys incorporating her interests in cooking, baking, crochet and music into her work to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that build practical skills and foster creativity.
