Yoga and Mindfulness

Join us for an adapted yoga and mindfulness class. Our teacher, Tonya, will break the class up into two parts: one part yoga and one part mindfulness, meditation and deep breathing.Tonya has over 25 years of experience teaching individuals of all ages and abilities. She believes yoga should be accessible to every human, creates a safe and supportive environment and brings a deep understanding of the practice of yoga and mindfulness both on and off the mat. Tonya is licensed by world renowned Yoga for All Abilities and is certified by Yoga Alliance as E-RYT 1000. She is a mother to two amazing children and, in her free time, enjoys dancing, hiking, art and reading.
