Participation Guidelines

By participating in CTI events, attendees agree to:

• Be able to participate cooperatively with others
• Be free of behaviors that could harm themselves or others
• Provide their own 1:1 personal care attendant (PCA) to attend to their daily living needs, including hygiene, toileting and any special medical needs
• No participant being dropped off or left at the CTI without staff being present
• Being picked up at the conclusion of activities at the specified end time

Registration Guidelines

• Registration must be completed in advance of the activity.
• Payment must be received at the time of registration.
• No walk-ins or same day registration will be accepted.
• No refunds will be issued if a participant misses an activity.
• Refunds will be issued if the CTI cancels an activity.
• Registration may be limited for activities. Please review the events page for participant capacity and available slots. Waiting list positions will be filled in the order they are received.
• Inclement weather may lead to a cancellation. We will announce any and all cancellations via email and on our website and sociaI media.
• Parents, caregivers and PCAs are not required to pay for a ticket if they attend an event.
