Accessible Martial Arts is run by Easterseals of Massachusetts, a nonprofit organization that provides a wide range of programs and services to disabled children and adults, including therapy, recreation, employment support and assistive technology.

This class will be different than the last 2 sessions, with the Easterseals instructor coming to CTI in person to teach the martial arts lesson! CTI staff will also be there to assist with any moves that participants might find challenging. The purpose of this class is to learn and practice self-defense, stretching, exercise and learn relaxation techniques.
