Transition Monthly Meeting Group: Caregiver Meet & Greet

Parents and caregivers are invited to join Cotting School Family Support and Engagement Coordinator Naomi Zuckerman, Transition Coordinator Carly Donelson and CTI Program Managers Erika Cain and Alli Brennan in person at CTI for a monthly group meeting centered on resources for transition planning. This is an open group for parents and caregivers to come together for conversations related to their young adult’s transition from school to adult services. This month’s meeting will feature caregivers who have participated in CTI and navigated the transition process, as well as current Cotting families preparing for their young adult's next steps. Bring your ideas and questions as we work toward a smooth transition together. We will be providing coffee and snacks. Please RSVP if you plan to attend.
