The MBTA Mobility Center will be providing a training on how to use the MBTA accessibly and comfortably. The following topics will be covered:

  • Accessibility
  • Navigating the T and trip planning
  • Safety
  • Asking for help while in transit
  • Reduced fare programs (e.g., blind access pass, TAP, Senior Pass, Income Eligible Reduced Fare)
  • 1:1 customized training
  • Paratransit eligibility
  • New contactless fare payment options

Best of all, an out of service bus will be present for you to explore!
